Honestly the perfect scone!! Nice crunch on the outside and just the right amount of moist on the inside. Friendly staff and stunning location. Perfect place to refuel.

Pretty awful experience today, queued for a table with my partner, the girl sends me to the back of the cafe to look for a free table that doesn't exist, I go back to the front to tell her that there's no tables available up the back to which I am completely ignored while she seats people that came in after me. She's literally walking away every time I try to speak to her.
We eventually get a table and the food is nice enough, but my partner finds a long hair in his nachos. The staff member we complained to was actually very apologetic and gave us a refund, he was the only good thing about the place to be honest.

Thought we would stop in here after having visited the Sea Life Aquarium, directly opposite.
The portions were huge to the point I couldn?t actually finish, and tasted absolutely amazing. 10/10 for a lovely little cafe.
They?ve got lots of choice on the menu, aswell as some little bits like pastries etc to pick at the till.
Highly recommend!

Opens 10am, nice relaxed feel, can sit by a window and look out to the lake or outside. Great selection of tea cakes.

Bought 2 full breakfast with tea??s
Tea was Luke warm at best
Now here the fun begins
Breakfast!!!
Bacon was like stone
Sausages bland
Eggs slimy
Potato scone brick
Only good thing was the toast and leaving as service was the poorest I?ve ever received and when made a member of staff aware of our disgruntled breakfast she shrugged her shoulders and put card machine in front of us to pay for this unacceptable experience!!!!!
On my return home I?ve been to the toilet 3 times and don?t want to even begin explaining how!!!
Save your self money and a dodgy tummy and take a pack lunch when visiting Lomond shores .

Asked specifically for a toastie without salad or crisps and they still gave me crisps, but it was probably the best cheese toastie I've ever had in my life. Staff very attentive nonetheless although very very busy.

Luke warm coffee, soggy pastry. Wrap was decent. Not really worth the cost. Pleasant enough service but can't recommend.

Nice clean place, nice atmosphere, but food is definitely overpriced. Watery soup for over £6 - not the best lunch for me.

Food was very tough and dry, took a while to come out, too much staff on as most were standing talking. Overall not worth the price at all, very shoddy quality for the money, think very overpriced McDonald's or KFC, honestly they have higher quality of food and service.

Ordered a Cheese Toastie and a Hot Chocolate with Cream and mallows to take away, received order within 10 minutes, staff were friendly and helpful. You?re paying for the location and view you?re getting from the cafe window, other places within Loch Lomond Shores are dearer and you can?t even see what?s on your plate, this was definitely value for money and I will be returning.
