Food that was delivered was nothing short of a disgrace.
We called to complain only to be sent another bag of muck. Please see photos.
Sausage supper was burnt black and so dry it had split wide open, the chips were green and grey, and were clearly not fresh. We got a pizza that was burnt, and onion rings that were rotten, when we moved the batter we could see the onions were black inside.
To claim best fish and chips for 35 years is a hell of a statement when you are happy to send out the sh*t to us. I hope you tried the food as I sent it back with your driver.

Took well over 2 hours for pizza, chips and fritters to arrive the fritters were covered in brown sauce floating might be a better phrase the chips tasted funny and the chicken pizza had chicken fat in it absolute waste of money fingers crossed the tiny bit we ate does not make us

A great place to grab a quick bite to eat, my wife and 3 year old had a pizza, chicken and chips from this shop and thoroughly enjoyed it! Friendly and quick service the owner and his team prepared a meal for us in no time at all and at an affordable price. Highly recommended

I ordered a chicken supper and chicken calzone , chicken calzone was way to spicy most of it ended up in bin , chicken supper was the smallest chicken I'd ever seen and was so over cooked it was practically inedible, this ended up in bin , I emailed them to give them a chance but not even so much as a sorry , the quality has been slipping in recent times and I will never order from them ever again !

Moved to Kinglassie back in May and we have ordered from Zaks every Friday since then... cannot fault their amazing service and outstanding food! Never anything missing or wrong. Good portion sizes! Thank you for making our Friday nights a great one! ?? Many thanks from all of us here ?
