Incredibly tasty Thai food! One of the best Thai meals I've ever had and I've been to Thailand and some brilliant Thai restaurants in London. The mixed starter was all homemade and fantastic. Then we had a punchy and spicy Tom yum soup which everyone loved. My main was a wild duck massaman curry and brilliant! The welcome is incredibly warm too and a lovely coat setting. If you are in the area you should absolutely find the time to have dinner here. I expect it is the best restaurant in Speyside.

I recently dined at The Croft Inn, and it was truly a gastronomic experience to remember. The moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the stage for an extraordinary meal. The menu boasted an impressive array of Thai delicacies, each dish bursting with authentic flavors and meticulously crafted. From the starters to the main course, every bite transported me to the streets of Bangkok. The chef's commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. What truly elevated the dining experience, however, was the impeccable service. The staff at The Croft Inn exuded professionalism and genuine warmth. They were attentive without being intrusive, making sure our glasses were never empty and patiently guiding us through the menu. The attention to detail did not stop at the food; the restaurant's decor and cleanliness added to the overall positive impression. Whether you're a seasoned Thai cuisine enthusiast or a newcomer, The Croft Inn is a must-visit for anyone seeking an unparalleled blend of delectable dishes and exceptional service in Scotland. It's more than a restaurant; it's a culinary journey worth savoring.

This was our 3rd visit to the Croft Inn and it just gets better every time. The restaurant is cosy, unique, friendly and not too far to go. The most difficult thing is choosing what to have from the menu as everything is soooo good Freshly cooked using local ingredients as far as possible. Tonight's special - wild duck red thai curry was to die and I was sorely tempted to order 2nds instead of dessert ? would certainly recommend

What a dinner in Speyside! The food was fabulous starting with the appetisers that were presented so beautifully. The main dishes of chicken and beef were just as delicious but we ate them so quickly that there was no time for photos. The bar was wonderfully curated. And dessert, ice cream bomb, very yummy! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, made us feel like locals. The Croft Inn is a little out of the way but so worth the gorgeous drive which by the way was close to Glenlivet Distillery. Thank you for this memorable Highlands experience!!

The Croft Inn is a superb Thai restaurant in the midst of the Speyside distilleries in Scotland. Authentic Thai food in the Scottish countryside is a real treat. We arrived without reservations and they were able to find space for us. They recommended an ideal selection of starters and mains that met our needs. Our personable host, Chris, made sure we were well taken care of. He regaled us with the story of how he opened this just 23 months ago with no restaurant experience. There is no lack of experience showing. It is apparent he enjoys what he is doing and he does it with perfection. Mario, the bartender, kept the drinks flowing making great suggestions from the Inn's extensive selection of whiskeys. Nat, in the kitchen, joined us after and shared with us some secrets to his cooking. We thanked him for everything. Prices are reasonable. Service is spot on. This is a true treasure not to be missed if you are anywhere nearby.Food & drinks: The Thai food is as good as any I've had anywhere. The order was taken with the heat level being medium for everyone. I asked for extra chiles and was given plenty of them with a smile. They did not disappoint. We were all very pleased with our meal and are discussing whether or not to return tomorrow. It was that good!

Found this place through a Google search for local restaurants, and we could not have been luckier. Chris is a wonderful and friendly owner/host who gave us as long as we wished to enjoy our meal. And what a meal it was.Tai-influenced cuisine is not something that you expect in the middle of nowhere of the Scottish Highlands, but Nat's cooking was truly superb. I highly recommend this gem to anyone who finds themselves in the area.
