This is a quaint little village that is beside Ballindalloch Castle. The castle's gatehouse at Bridge of Avon is currently not used for access, but makes a beautiful photo opportunity while stopping at the Post Office and petrol station.

Good shop. Staff are friendly and welcoming even when busy. Good range of different things to buy, snacks and magazines for the kids and coffee for me and the other half ð??? Also sells a good range of local whisky at a cheaper price than the distilleries, though I was more interested in the nice gin selection.
