Unplanned stop but very appreciated! The owners are very nice and attentive. Coffee and hot chocolate good, as well as the cakes. We would have happily eaten here in the evening, but it was only 3 p.m.!

I pulled in during a long drive through the Cairngorms by myself. I needed the loo and would no doubt have bought a cake or a drink. But a sign on the door says the loos were for Café customers only.
I found this unnecessarily unfriendly and unhospitable in such a remote spot.
Would it really hurt to offer bathroom services to visitors to the area?

We stopped here on a whim on a drive through the Cairngorms and were delighted to find delicious scones, coffee and hot chocolate, and very friendly service. Ample free parking. Also served breakfast baps, soup and hot food.

We went in past for a cuppa and a cake. The cakes were delicious as was the coffee. The place was very quiet which is a shame because it?s very reasonably priced and the Owners were very friendly and helpful. We?ll definitely be back.
