Absolutely loved the fact that the bartender made sure an elderly patron was safely out and even took on rude an obnoxious drivers!!! Also loved the beer selection

Great bar in the centre of Ballater , friendly staff and good service and the food is also great, if you like a curry the chef there makes amazing curries along with lots of other Scottish classics etc, I always visit when in Ballater , ps if it's busy or full you can get a plastic and drink it anywhere on the green , how great is that ???????? thank you balmoral I'll be back soon ?

Good food and friendly service, the chef came out to chat about the food. It?s not big and gets busy so you have to be a bit flexible about when you eat and waiting if you want a table.

Lovely food, reasonable prices. Nice bar. You can't not visit The Balmoral Bar in Ballater, when visiting the real Balmoral.

Loved the specials. Pork chops were excellent and beer was cold. Enjoyed the atmosphere and loved the dogs as they came and went.
