“A warm Scottish welcome was just the start of our evening. Attentive and happy service was complimented by a delicious meal. We both had a burger special featuring local black pudding, crispy bacon, onion rings and a novel peppercorn sauce. It was portioned just right with delicious hand cut homemade chips. The Malbec we chose was also a delicious pairing. We had a good chat with the the fantastic Glaswegian lassie working their who shared local knowledge for our travels the next day. Unfortunately, the screen on the card terminal wasn’t working, and I didn’t have any cash, so I wasn’t able to leave a tip that was well earned — thank you!”
