Great service. Dropped the car off for new break pads in the morning expecting to come and collect later in the day. They delivered the car home to me and the bill was brilliant. Sorry I wasn?t at home to thank them in person.This is what a garage service should be like - not the impersonal conveyor belt of high street chains. Repeat custom guaranteed.

Fantastic service. We are here on holiday and got a slow puncture. The garage fitted us in the same morning and had our tyre fixed within 90 mins thus ensuring minimal disruption to our holiday which we really appreciate

Having inadvertently paid for another customer's fuel using the 24 hour automated service, I visited the garage the following day to ask for their help in trying to resolve the problem. To say the staff were helpful would be an understatement as within a matter of hours they had identified and contacted the other client, recovered my money and delivered it to my place of work. Unbelievable customer service from a well established, highly respected local business. Sincere thanks to all at Shearers in Balfron.
