Beautiful scenic beach with lovely, soft, golden sand. Even gorgeous on a grey, cloudy day.

Wonderful beach with stunning views across to Skye and Lewis & Harris further on a clear dayWe were lucky to see a submarine coast past too. Please be careful as Lion Maine (very painful) and Blue Jellyfish (still painful!) were being washed up. Dogs on lead through the dunes as sheep there, beach was lovely for off lead. Make sure you can recall your dog though as there were 20+ jellyfish washed up. Hope that helps.Parking for about 20 Cars there, there is more parking at the top of the hill too.

(Translated by Google) A very special beach with big dunes - like at the end of the world. Been here many years before - had to come back. So much to discover here: the reddish long beach, the streams that pour into it and form rivulets, the small animals, the high dunes with a fantastic view far into the sea. It is mostly quite lonely here, quiet - only the sea surf is a constant companion. A place to switch off and recharge. If you continue south along Farm Weg, you will come to another very long beach: without dunes, but with sheep and an exciting band of stones along the beach and a magnificent view of Loch Torridon Bay. Here you are even lonelier.(Original)Ein ganz spezieller Strand mit grossen Dünen - wie am Ende der Welt.

This beach was outstanding, even better we had it to ourselves, Mateo the dog loved it but then had to go on the lead as sheep wandered down

A stunning beach with stunning sunsets on the very isolated Red Point, mini, peninsula. The landscape along this coastline is stunning with rocky outcrops and hidden golden sand coves with lapping clear blue seas. Red point beach is just one of many that are depict this description. We wild camped there for one night as part of a road trip - well worth it. We were mostly alone on the beach, sharing the beach with sheep mainly as few people visit this bay, and were lucky enough to have lovely sunshine for most of our stay. Brilliant spot if you want to escape people. But, if you do visit, please respect the dune system and environment generally. It is a sensitive habitat and prone to human disturbance (there were fire scars on the ground from previous campers and the dunes were showing signs of deterioration due to people wandering off the main tracks and blow holes appearing, etc.).
