Had booked both kids in for flu jab,was given a 5pm appointment for today.When arriving was told they couldn?t do it as no one was available who was qualified.Why give me an appointment then do this with us totally disgusting.

Totally incompetent. I put my prescription in on the Monday, and went back on Thursday and they informed me the prescription was not filled as they could not find my script. They then found it and told me i had to wait until Friday as they were waiting on tablets. I spoke to the Pharmacist and he agreed it was a disgraceful service i received. I also picked my friends prescription up after they questioned it had not been put in(by me) and then gave half of the meds so my friend had to go back the next day for the other half. I will never ever use them again....useless.

Found good and helpful staff regards getting diabetic medication for another individual. Staff have always been courteous twice when ive had to pick up prescription. And had it ready after partner phoned in for me to collect.

Very disappointed with the professionalism of staff at this chemist. It seems if your on some kind of addiction substitute then your treated like a lower form of society and therefore all manners and courtesy become non existent. I would suggest anyone looking for help with coming of problem drugs not to pick this chemist. Very disappointed and disgusted.
