I have to praise the staff for a refund. This was purely due to my outrage /distress at being subjected to a book promoter who indulged in informing customers of extreme sexual abuse of women. I found him intimidating as he commanded the floor looking for victims. I am also angry he trashed the Author Mark Twain, so much more could have been said. However apart from that ordeal great bacon rolls & tea . It won't put me off, will just check if there is a male dressed from a few centuries ago with a white wig & mustache . Thanks again for understanding.

I love going in to Waterstones and just checking out the books, board games and graphics novels. If I was rich I'd probably buy everything. My only complaint is that the manga section doesn't have enough of a restock. Sometimes a series will catch my eye but various chapters will not be there. Other than that no complaints. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too.
