Brought an ecig from this store a week ago. Took back for exchange but was told without receipt it would get sent to manufacture. All I wanted was an exchange. When brought payed via card wasn't even given a receipt for my purchase so how can one produce a receipt when one wasn't given one. Won't ever be purchasing anything from this store. And the Asian guy whom owns it needs a lesson or course on customer service skills
