Such great service! I came to repair my boots and it cost me £25, it was done by the next day and the person working in store was the loveliest (Richard?). You can trust them, I would definitely go again!

I had a full blank key fob to give me a spare key for my car & the original key and they point blank refused to cut it because i bought it on Ebay. I had to travel to Kilmarnock to a small operation who couldn't have been more helpful. Will NOT be using timpsons again

So kind! We had cut a set of keys for our whole building and was generously offered a nice discount.Then went in a little frazzled and unsure about a set of keys, they were happy to look at them and confirmed that my 2 Yale keys were the exact same, so i only had to cut a copy of the 3rd key.Strongly recommended as they also have v nice keychains ?

I went in to get a battery changed in a watch and was charged £20. I believe that I was over charged. I will not be back, I will tell all my friends, family and work colleagues to spend their money else where!.
