No one at the Ayr store bothers to answer the telephone! After several minutes in just cuts off.

I lost my phone yesterday. Today I went to the Ayr 3 shop to get a replacement.
What great customer service.
Store Manager Greg was so helpful in retrieving as much as he could from the cloud.
He was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable.
The rest of the staff were also friendly.

The worst Three store ever. The staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and in my opinion deliberately don?t want to help customers. I went in with my phone that was blocked and they would not help and kept telling me to go to an Apple Store. I told them my phone was blocked and asked if they would unblock it but they were insisting it was not blocked. Went home and used online chat and within 20 mins phone was working. My advise is too avoid this store.

Took phone in after attempting to dry out as it had fallen into water a week previously. Guys are first class. Unable to be repaired and even the screen was cracked. Bought new phone at a really good price, all set up plus a couple of extras. Nothing too much bother for them and so genuine too. Would not hesitate in using service again and definitely recommend this company

The staff member I spoke to on Monday 5th February 2024 was so rude. He was on his own in the store which I'm sure was the only reason he felt he could behave like that. He spoke to me like I was a child. Talked down to me and was very condescending. I will never return to that store thanks to him. OMG, get a job you like, don't take it out on your customers.

Went in to change my pay as you go to sim only. The first girl was rude and got me someone else to deal with me. He was slow and after assuring me my old number would be changed within 24 hours he had not done this at all. I had to contact customer service from 3 myself and this process took much longer for me to get it changed! Clearly inexperienced staff and would not recommend

Since I joined three at the store in Ayr, I have been so impressed by the calibre of your employees. I have over the years only ever been treated with exceptional politeness, patience and a willingness to be helpful and friendliness. It is a pleasure going in to see everybody and I would recommend the staff at the store in Ayr as exceptional. My experience has always been good.

Well got today Samsung s20 fe phone on contract from 3 store Ayr.. Cant ask for better.. Excellent customer service and great work knowledge..Will one of the staff member was dealing with us..Explained everything very well.Highly recommended store..Jennifer and the rest of the team is doing superb job... full stars ...????
