No one at the Ayr store bothers to answer the telephone! After several minutes in just cuts off.

I lost my phone yesterday. Today I went to the Ayr 3 shop to get a replacement. What great customer service. Store Manager Greg was so helpful in retrieving as much as he could from the cloud. He was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff were also friendly.

The worst Three store ever. The staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and in my opinion deliberately don’t want to help customers. I went in with my phone that was blocked and they would not help and kept telling me to go to an Apple Store.
