I come in here all the time as I love the food however service today was appalling, being spoken over while trying to order, waitress was to busy eating her crisps and nipping out for vapes to get my order right.
Food as always was amazing, service could be better.

Stay clear of here. Ordered online and they never sent the food but marked order complete so no way to get money back.

Excellent breakfast this morning and as previously enjoyed fine ingredients, well cooked and presented! With a friend who was equally impressed with the Cafe/Bistro and will no doubt be back.

Excellent little restaurant, lady serving was lovely gave advise and offered alternatives to cater for my allergies. Food was amazing the cajun chicken salad was out of this world and very reasonable price. A true hidden gem

Heard from my daughter the wishing well is fab.But on two seperate occasions I've ordered online for my granddaughter and myself,my orders have been accepted,I've been charged then my orders were cancelled and having to wait a few days for a refund,leaving my grand daughter and i dissapointed,wont order online again.?

Service poor and when asked if everything ok said so. Staff argued back. Never go again. Wouldn?t recommend to any one. Excuse for slow service delivery orders take priority.

I love coming here whenever I'm in Ayr. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. It's a very friendly place. The girls who work there are so welcoming and helpful. I've not found somewhere as good in London or anywhere else. Amazing and excellent service
