Been to store today .. very friendly and helpful staff.. she was very well informed and kind enough to let me know when the new fragrance would possibly arrive and was quite patient. Lovely experience

Went in looking for Gucci Guilty Absolute , they had it so decided to buy it . They said they would sign me up for the vip club which would give me a £16.20 discount , thought great but when i got home and checked the invoice they email to you found it costs £15.00 to join club so ended up with a discount of £1.20 .Stay clear of these thieves

Do not buy anything from this shop. I tried to return and they said they can?t because I?m in Scotland and shops shut so over my 90 days so I?m left with it
