A cashier called Ollie who was working around 8pm last night (28/1) was an absolute angel.I needed to buy a charger but my phone was dead and I needed it to pay, so he helped me. I immediately burst into tears as I had spent all day at A&E with my father-in-law and felt so helpless when my phone died as I'm from Glasgow and don't know the area well and was so grateful.He was so kind and compassionate, gave me some tissues and a seat while I waited and made sure I was okay.Honestly cannot thank him enough for his compassion and kindness on what was a very long and upsetting day.
