Self service staff are very rude. Making people stand about for ages to get help then having the audacity to try and rush people threw and put people on your machine when you are still trying to pack up your shopping! Horrible customer service!

Went today to get 2 car seats for my little boy and Lorraine couldn?t be more helpful. She helped me source the car seats (went to the back to get them), took them to the till for me and wheeled them outside to my car, helping me fit them in the car. Excellent service and very grateful. Thank you.

Ordered online shopping cigarettes were in stock but the driver was not given them he asked if I wanted refund I said no one of reasons I got tesco shop was so that I could get my cigarettes with shop as im disabled and can not get out to shop he said he would speak to store manager and then got in his van and drove away i then phoned customer service who were absolutely no help at all there name was Toby then spoke to another one called Lynn who was down right cheeky to me before I got a chance to tell my side of story I finally spoke to a gentleman from Dundee call centre who was very nice and helped me out I have been treated badly by tesco I don't know who was to blame but it certainly was not me I honestly will neveruseyour store again if that is the way you treat your customers mever mind that I am disabled and rely in getting my shopping delivered im so disgusted at the way I was treated and have all intentions of taken this matter further till im satisfied it has been dealt with properly

Arrived to find everybody leaving. Absolute bedlam trying to park and then exiting. The store was closed due to a power cut. Needed somebody at the vehicle entrance turning people away.
