Half the kebab is missing, stone cold, chicken tikka was rock hard, no salad, and no onion Pepper or mushroom. Which is why i ordered that kebab.

Can?t comment on atmosphere as it was a delivery. We ordered burger with chips n cheese, kebab pizza and garlic chilli chicken with rice. Most of the order went in the bin, the burger was drowned in a way too sweet burger sauce not pleasant at all, the pizza had a strange watered down tomato base, the chicken in the curry was so tough that I couldn?t eat it only decent things were the rice and the chips but definitely will not be ordering agai.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!I never leave reviews but this is worthy of one. Where to start... The curry was stone and so were chips and naan bread. They said it was because of the delivery driver but it definitely wasn't. I ordered a a cheesy garlic naan for an extra £2.50. While there was cheese on it, it was just thrown on and not melted in at all. Just to top it off, the popadoms were crushed beyond recognition.I was offered a new order but after checking other reviews I soon realized I wasn't the only one. I rang back and said if like a full refund to which they agreed but they wanted to pick the food up. I explained that it was served on to plates and that I'll chuck it back into a box so they can but they said don't worry about it. I had to contact ayr eats for a refund and they said I was only getting 50% refund even though they said I'll get a full refund. Just avoid this place worst order I've ever had. I threw it all in the bin.Edit*Of course I started eating it... How else would I know it was cold. You told me you wanted to show it to your chefs to show them what they have served. If you driver came back to pick it up and taken it back to your restaurant then it would have been cold anyway so your point invalid. The cheese just fell off the naan so it didn't go in any oven. I said to you to come and get it if chuck it back in the box but you said not to worry. As for calling me a liar, I can see that I am not alone, are they lying too? Your food is below par, I won't be ordering again from you. If you're a small business then all the more reason to at least send your food out hot.You are the first one star review I've given and with very good reason

Ordered a kabab, Dry, nan failing apart.Everything Stone cold. Chips unseasoned.29£ for a kabab and chips and cheese. With delivery. Gave to dogs

Not happy with service. Phoned 5.30pm to ask for delivery at 7pm. Called at 7.20pm as no delivery. Told they were waiting for the driver to come back. Finally delivered 7.40pm with wrong food. Asked for 2 x chicken tikka butter masala, got chicken tikka masala instead. Pakora very dry. Not a good experience.

I ordered a chicken tikka biryani and lamb karahi which came to £18. I was quite disappointed with the meal. The biryani was soggy and I have never had soggy biryani in my life. I am not sure where they went wrong. Regarding the Lamb Karahi, it was not a karahi. Instead it was just another curry whereas karahi is usually dry and does not have much gravy. I felt bumped as I was eating the karahi. Furthermore the curry was extremely oily, I understand this is made on a commercial scale but the staff should really lower the amount of oil they use. At this amount of oil, your life expectancy will be halved. If the staff does not consider making these changes, I would probably avoid this place which is unfortunate as they have a lot of potential.
