Just ordered my first ever Subway for delivery from the Carrick Street branch in Ayr...when it arrived we were told they hadn?t had any gluten free bread so had just swapped it over for ?normal? bread and doubled the steak as compensation. Pardon?! The entire order was promptly rejected and the manager seemed to have zero understanding of why this was unacceptable when my husband phoned to complain. They didn?t even bother to contact us to discuss possible other options. Lunch cancelled. Don?t risk it.
