Need to train their staff on the refund policy

Ordered a pair of trainers for click and collect, paid £4.99 for delivery but when I picked up shoes they were definitely not the size on the box and I never got my £5 voucher, tried to complain by email but no response and they want me to pay £4.99 for returning them as you can't return to the store now. Won't be buying anymore from sports direct online!

Staff looked like they wanted to absolutely anywhere else but in that sports shop. Nice to see new lines of clothing but the sour faced cashiers made us feel we'd just told them their gran had died. Not even a hello or thank you.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to the staff in the irvine store tonight my sons autistic and had a major meltdown. The staff was fantastic with him and myself and husband made us feel at ease. Thanks again appreciate the non judgement like we have had in other stores

Visited the Irvine store today to return an online order and purchase some items. Female staff member upstairs was aloof, abrupt and quite frankly raging with the world! Having to serve me seemed and inconvenience. She was unpleasant and had a poor customer service manner. Not a good experience and would put me off visiting this store again.

Horrible women on tills telling my boy not to bounce the ball not even asking telling him! Firstly he's my son not yours. Secondly If you had asked him nicely he is very obliging. If you haven't got manners why is she on the desk. Thirdly he was testing the ball before buying it. It's a sport shop. You not want people to not try football boots on cause it makes a noise. Honestly she needs retraining or firing obviously not in the right line of work for her.

A large Sports Direct store on two floors. A large selection of sports and designer clothes at reasonable prices. There is plenty of free parking here as well as lots of other shops and eating places. Also, Rivergate Shopping Mall is only a short walk from here.

Bought a cap at £35 and hand-washed it as per care label and the dye ran. On entering the shop I asked two female memeber of staff where I took faulty returns. Some people should not be working in retail. Her attitude was curt and I suspect she was on the management team. Thankfully the girls on the desk were helpful and processed the refund with manners. You would have thought I was asking for the money out her purse. We were wanting an exchange but after the encounter with her, decided to take the money back.
