I always have an excellent experience at Ayr Specsavers and my last visit was exactly the same. The staff team and customer service is outstanding. I had booked a follow up teach appointment with Specsavers Ayr for contact lenses as I have always been nervous over the thought of using them and couldn?t get the hang of it. The colleague I dealt with was amazing- she was so patient and understanding to my worries but also extremely supportive. She showed me another way to try which was so much easier for me and I have actually worn them 3 times since my appointment with no issues. I?m sorry I don?t remember her name but thank you!!

Eye test was very good. I was disappointed when told it would cost £50 extra on top of the lens cost to reuse my existing frames which I like.

The team at the Ayr branch are excellent. I had an issue with my vision & was seen the same day as an emergency. This led to a hospital referral, laser treatment & surgery for a detached retina. I returned for a follow up visit as my lens had been replaced as part of the hospital procedure.
My options were clearly explained & in the end I?ve decided to have corrective surgery on my untreated eye.
