Excellent service. I guess I was lucky in that there was no queue. The lady at the front who greets the customers was charming and polite and the guy called Paul who actually dealt with my query was excellent-quick and efficient.

Have we just teleported back to the 70's? Back to part time opening again....if your town is actually lucky enough to still have a bank. Guess lunchtimes are going to be busy...if the few remaining staff haven't gone for lunch!!! Excellent Customer Service....

First visit since the pandemic started and it hasnt improved at all. Found door from car park closed although no notice to tell you this before you get to the door and actually try to get in. Went round to front door and told the person who came to meet me i needed to deposit 2 cheques and get £1 coins when I was told no tellers worked on a Saturday so I couldn't get the coins. I thought the reason for opening on a Saturday was to allow people who work full-time Monday thru Friday to do their banking and also assist to keep their business operating through this crisis!

Trying to reopen a business account which the RBS closed despite being instructed not to. 6 weeks in and still not open, local branch shut, nearest branch manager unable to help, passed to the ?business account manager? he asked 3 times for the reference number despite being told it on the 1st & 2nd occasions, now told its out of his remit & given a number to call. I?ve called this number twice before each taking over 1hr to get through & currently 35mins on hold so writing this to pass my time.Time was they had local managers & provided a decent service now they are no more than a waste of space. Current TV add ?we?re here to help? help drive you round the bend more like. Anyone with them should switch to Starling at least they are set up for online banking not like this out of date, out of touch mobRBS RIP

I visited the branch on a Friday afternoon and had an excellent experience. Was attended to almost immediately and referred to Paul Davidson who was extremely helpful and sorted out my query. He even completed the forms I needed! Thank you, Paul!

Queue was dealt with very quickly. As soon as a member of staff became available they approached first person in queue to offer help. My enquiry was dealt with very efficiently by Fiona who referred me to Andrew. Andrew was extremely professional. 100% customer service.

Pathetic. The architects that designed the layout should be shot! I have a local business and the branch had a business banking counter in the past. 2 tellers on a Friday at 3 pm with a 25 min wait. What are we paying charges for?

Disgraceful. I went in today and all I wanted was to ask if someone would be able to me close my husbands accounts. He passed away a few weeks ago. Queue was a mile long, no customer service desk and no one about to ask.
