Stayed here when we went to a wedding locally. Room was lonely and clean. Easy to get to and only 5 mins drive to Prestwick and 15 mins drive to Ayr. Staff were lovely. Nothing was too much when we asked. Can't fault

It's a Premier Inn. Some can be snobby about this, but you do know you will get a comfy room and bed, with their good night sleep guarantee. Single night stay but good sleep.

Cheap rooms in a good location, usual Premier Inn format, but rooms and bathrooms rather dated compared to other locations, need a bit of a refresh. Water pressure great in showers though. Staff friendly and helpful. Access door through to pub next door and well stocked M&S food outlet in 24hr fuel station outside.

First time staying at the hotel and I was not impressed. Finding the hotel in the dark isn't easy, especially if you have a BP station and a concrete building in front of the hotel and the sign isn't clear to see due to the sign being poorly lit. The greeting could have been warmer when arriving. There were not enough towels in the room I was sharing, and when asking for additional towels "it was standard procedure to only offer one set of towels per room". Not exactly hygienic. When arriving in the room it was freezing and that was because the window had been left open.The standard wifi is terrible, you have to connect each time you are not using your devices, and only after the 3rd/4th attempt are you able to reconnect. Overall, not a great experience.

The room was good, had a small problem with the room temperature 1 night but sorted it quickly enough. Staff were all very friendly and an excellent location for us visiting family.Food & drinks: We paid for breakfast, which was good value for myself and my daughter. The cooked breakfast items were ok in general they didnt stay very hot under the heat lamp. A good choice of other items though

Premier inns have a design fault, leave the bathroom door open when having a shower causes the fire alarm to go off. I did not enjoy being woken up at 5am. Otherwise basic, but perfectly acceptable.

We stayed for 4 nights, our room matched our request and the staff in both the hotel reception and breakfast were always warm, welcoming and could not do enough to ensure we had a lovely stay. The bed was so so comfortable - had great sleeps each and every night.
