wish i could give 0 stars this place is horrible, not accessible and unprofessional staff. dont bother and waste your time supporting such a horrible place!! go to any other post office!! especially if you have a service or assistance dog. they dont let you enter and when they where reported there was nothing done about it.

The owner decided to deny access to me and my partner with our psychiatrist assistant dog, we entered and he said "sorry no dogs" yet due to the Equality act 2010 Assistant dogs are covered under the same protection act as guide dogs, granting them access to shops/restaurants/hotels/housing/pubs/bars/taxis and hospitals. Its illegal to discriminate against an assistant dog as they are classed as medical equipment, size/breed/gender/colour and shape have no legal right to deny access for us, you need to make accommodation for us to have us use the shop we need to.If my assistant dog was with me, would he be denyed even tho hes alot smaller or would they say okay, if so that's again discrimination against a disability, to again not all are visible.Types of assistant dogs are, Medical Alert, Guide, Hearing dogs, Psychiatric, Autism and Multipurpose, all these are task trained medical equipment, it would be different is he was a ESA (Emotional support animal) as they are not task trained and have no legal right. Dispite our assistant dog being vested and behaving correctly aswell as alerting to my partners PTSD with a wee bark (witch is allowed as it managed his disability and it's ask) we got denyed service. This is horrific, aswell as your not disabled accessible either, no ramp and door is too small to accommodate any form of aid tool such as a cane, and wheel chair and Walker, aswell as legally you are meant to have 2 meters between shelves and your shop is fully blocked with rubbish and all sorts of old boxes blocking the path, again discrimination against people who need that space
