I had a great experience in the Ayr shop today. Looking for advice for a change of dry food for my dog. I approached Calvia while she was busy restocking. She was very helpful, gave advice on feed, quantity to give and found a discount voucher on the app for me. Calvia was very approachable and friendly. Great customer service!

Unhelpful & argumentative staff. I intended to buy frontline flea & tick which says for dogs between 10kg to 20kg, he wouldn't sell me it because I couldn't tell him my dogs precise weight. I asked for a flea collar, he said you'll end up overdosing your dog, what??

Took our bichon frise to get a new harness was impressed with the care and friendliness of the team at pets at home ayr.
Alot of people over look asking for help. But its a good wee pets community in there and you get alot of good advice .

I don't enjoy shopping there anymore, expensive and all is in big boxes now. I prefer to order online at a different shop now, where I get the cat food I want and less expensive.Pets at Home have been great in the past, but now I am not sure what happened to this shop. Having less and less the food our cat is eating, I can't change the food all the time they just stop selling it. And I need 5o see to get it elsewhere.The staff is always nice and helpful, they didn't change. They get the star ?????????????

Horrible experience will not use again, Groom Room refused to take dog as i hadn't paid a deposit over the phone, appointment was booked for weeks

Had a lovely experience here, I had been having some grooming issue with my little one and got him booked in. They did an amazing job and he was so happy with his new trim. All the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful
