I had a great experience in the Ayr shop today. Looking for advice for a change of dry food for my dog. I approached Calvia while she was busy restocking. Unhelpful & argumentative staff. I intended to buy frontline flea & tick which says for dogs between 10kg to 20kg, he wouldn't sell me it because I couldn't tell him my dogs precise weight. I asked for a flea collar, he said you'll end up overdosing your dog, what??

Took our bichon frise to get a new harness was impressed with the care and friendliness of the team at pets at home ayr.
Alot of people over look asking for help. But its a good wee pets community in there and you get alot of good advice .
