bought a velar. in march. had car back to them 4 times now and on 3rd time they damaged the car and left over 3k worth of damage and taking no responsibility at all. refusing to take my calls and not answering emails will be telling every1 not to deal with them!!

Easy to book a Service and MoT for the same day. Had a loan car, all arranged by the very helpful staff in the Service Centre. Good communication before, during and after. A good experience overall and not outrageously pricy.

Just bought a Defender 90 from Roisin at parks landrover Ayr just to say Roisin was fantastic from start to finish with buying the Defender 90 she kept us fully informed throughout the process and when the car came it was presented immaculately so we can?t recommend Roisin and parks landrover enough five stars well done and thank you for your hard work

My car was in the garage for 4 months. My treatment during this time was appalling. There was only communication when I phoned to chase things up. I had no idea what they were doing most of the time or at what cost. There was no replacement vehicle and no real or sincere apology for the delays, the lack of communication and the poor service. The whole experience has been one long nightmare. When I finally received my car back there was oil on the seats, parts of the car not replaced and just dumped in my boot, covered in oil. Work I was told was done in the first week, was never done. My treatment from Parks has been disgusting.

Absolutely don?t care about anything but the sale. Follow up to fix issues was horrible. Attitude implied the things needing sorted was down to me. Know they gave me a car with faulty brakes and said they couldn?t justify spending £1000.00 since I took ownership, which was less than 30 days ago. I will NEVER buy from this dealer or its counterparts again.

I collected my friends Range Rover after having two shock absorbers fitted for £2200 !! Car was not even washed and I had to walk about their car park to find the car Not impressed!!

Purchasing a vehicle from Land Rover Ayr was a pleasure from start to finish. The Sales Executive (Brittany) took a great deal of time to understand what I was looking for, and sought to achieve that. Where there was any uncertainty about a question I had, Brittany immediately sought to get an answer. Overall, Brittany was an absolute joy to work with, and was extremely helpful.
The entire team that I had dealings with were fantastic, and were extremely friendly and helpful.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Land Rover Ayr for your next vehicle purchase.

Parts department saved me when my locking wheel nut key broke, Stuart was a super start helping me removed the stuck nuts with his master key.
