I was with boots in ayr high street for 48 years and the last few years have been horrendous for picking up prescriptions. Attitude from pharmacists and unhelpful. Oggs pharmacy is reliable, efficient and the customer service is impeccable.

Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. The stock they carry in the store, also makes it worth a visit to buy from the extensive product they have on their shelves.

Probably one of the finest Pharmacy's I have ever used, my father is seriously ill and needed a prescription filled this was done and delivered within a matter of hours. Absolutely great service!
I have called a few times to check things and always helpful and any query answered.
If Carlsberg did Pharmacies they would not be as good as Oggs!

Pharmacist was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Medication prescribed was unavailable in all chemists. Oggs were the only chemist who provided an alternative to prescribed medication where others advised they couldnt help.Great service

My son went in here today 5/5/23 to collect his prescription en route to hospital for removal of stent after very recent kidney stone removal. In extreme and visible pain he asked to use the toilet. Explaining to the girl he has recently had surgery and needed to go. He was refused. I understand that you can?t let the public use the facilities, but surely some common sense and decency can be used in extreme circumstances. I?m only grateful it wasn?t bowel surgery. Poor show ?

thank you so very much to all the staff at oggs they were outstanding when it came to my dad having to get medication on the same day and they never even questioned it they had the medication there on that same day my dad died of cancer last week and they have always asked my mum how he was and if they could help with anything the staff are angels thank you so much for helping my parents and still helping my mum to this day my mum is margaret whyte and she really appreciates your kindness ??

Been using Ogg's as my pharmacy for over eight years for my medication & flu vaccines. The staff are always happy to help, warm and friendly. The addition of being able to order my prescriptions through an app has made things easier for myself but they still maintain a traditional in person service - honestly, it's no wonder they have been in operation for almost two Centuries.
