Nice furniture, but everything takes a very long time to be delivered. I would probably for this reason, only not do much shopping in here. We were supposed to take delivery on 22nd Jan 2024 but this was put off until March 19th 2024. I was only notified of change to delivery ONE DAY before I was expecting it to arrive. Hopefully my March 19th delivery goes without any problems. I haven't heard anything to contrary and in fact when I phoned to check for March 22nd delivery I was advised that all pieces were available gor that date. Fingers crossed it arrives and is great.

Bought a 2 and 3 seater from the store with extra paid for delivery and installation, delivery arrived at 7.30pm team had to borrow a knife to open the boxes and then brought the furniture into the house to discover one of the zips that holds the arm piece on was damaged, I agreed to sign the delivery note and accept the sofa which was a mistake I should have sent it back out with them as the customer service from store and head office is nothing short of outrageous a true case of we've got your money so do oneavoid at all costs

Went into oak furniture on 24 January on the afternoon, no one else in looking around we were greeted by a lady asking if she could help us but we responded by saying we are just looking around so she left us. Then walking around she followed us and badgered us while we were generally looking not wanting any input from her. We didn't stay in there long so will try another shop were we aren't rudely interrupted all the time. If we want any info on any furniture then we would have asked. SALE LOST! Take it out of her wages!

The assistant who served us was very helpful when we went to buy new dining roo m furniture..... not the first time I have bought my furniture from this store .... product is strong and long lasting ...in fact old furniture was handed on to my son who has just bought his house....

Absolutely disgusted that just after a year 2 seater leather sofa bought for over £1400 has no warranty!! Alleged ?leather?? has worn where elderly parent rests head but worse still the seat has collapsed! I would absolutely, under no circumstances recommend Oak Furnitureland for the quality of their sofas or indeed their aftercare!

Didn't like compulsory delivery charge. One level for doorstop £30 and £50 for in home delivery. Not allowed to pick up from store. Charging top prices, plus delivery charge.

Ordered a beautiful table and chairs from their Ayr store. All well I thought until the delivery arrived. Chairs lovely, table top perfect, then my hubby who was attaching the table legs said "we have a problem"! They sent three left table legs and only one right table leg!!! So off to the store only to be told I had to get in touch with customer service. Not at all helpful and no apology. Went downhill after that. After phoning several times in 6 weeks to their after sales department and being promised that another table leg was definitely being sent nothing was delivered although a delivery refund was given. Meanwhile no table to eat at. I also sent an email to which I still haven't been given the curtesy of a reply. Eventually told that a new table was to be sent two weeks ago on the 16th of this month, Friday, nothing. Phoned yet again to be told they were waiting for me to give them a delivery date!!!! Anyway at long last a delivery slot was given for last Tuesday, the 20th and we are now eating at a beautiful complete table. I have never known such absolute shockingly dreadful customer service from a company and although we haven't had any problem before now this has put me off buying anything more from them ever again. And to finish off this story we were told that the original table which was taken away, was to be broken up. What a total waste of a beautiful piece of furniture which only needed four correct legs. Dreadful!

Such a pity! Please think twice before making a purchase here. I wanted to be a customer but my order was never delivered.How can new customers feel confident that any products they pay for will be delivered?This is what happened:- Two months ago I paid over £1k in full for a new bed and mattress. Eight weeks delivery time isn't great, I thought 'Oh well, all good things come to those who wait'. The products do look good.- Eight weeks later... I fly back from a family Christmas break to take delivery of the bed. 20 mins before it is due and an SMS arrives to say the bed isn't in the warehouse?!- A call the day or week before to alert me to this would have been helpful. Nothing. No contact whatsoever.- Still out of pocket for the bed + flight booked to be back for the delivery. Bed refund could take a week or more.- No explanation and it took ages to get through to customer services by phone. I went to a store to find out in person what happened and was told 'we only do Sales'.
