A week ago, when I picked up my parcel from store, they couldn?t find it. They spent 20mins looking for it, when it was brought to me, it was opened. With no explanation as to why.
Today, I went in they told me to use the kiosk for my return, no phone signal in store and the free wifi was terrible was told to use costas wifi. I just returned myself back to the line. When I went to the till I was greeted with an attitude of ?you could?ve used costas WiFi?, clearly the staff don?t want to do any returns, which is a JOKE. I replied with I?ll just not bother, so which I received a sorry? And a huff. Overall won?t be back, shop has a terrible atmosphere and terrible stuck up staff.

Was disappointed today with the service I got in store. As I was making a return of a item that was damaged. But was refused a refund and instead was pressured Into putting money onto a gift card. Very unhelpful.

Staff are awful and unfriendly, manager is unhelpful and rude. Compared to other branches in Glasgow this has the worst atmosphere to shop in.

I was here shopping for a birthday present on Saturday and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The man who served me even ordered an item I wanted for me when they didn't have it in stock.

I've shopped at New Look Ayr since it was in the Kyle Centre and still now that it's in the Central Mall. The best part is the staffs honesty when you are asking for advice on a product. As to whether it's good, bad, or just downright ugly!! I prefer folk like that rather than saying "oh it's lovely" just to get the sale! I want to leave a store like New Look with a purchase that I'm ? happy with and it often helps when I ask for honest advice.
