A week ago, when I picked up my parcel from store, they couldn’t find it. They spent 20mins looking for it, when it was brought to me, it was opened. With no explanation as to why. Was disappointed today with the service I got in store. As I was making a return of a item that was damaged. But was refused a refund and instead was pressured Into putting money onto a gift card. Very unhelpful.
