Open a bond account problems online was sorted out by Brian the branch manager and Tom at the branch a 5 star for their help on the previous occasion I required help.Today Saturday 19th November went in to sort out another bond and to transfer my account from another bank.I found the lady manager from the Irvine branch who was covering on the day, defensive and downright unhelpful. All of that short discussion put me off opening a full bank transfer.That manager clearly had poor communication skills and did not listen pre judging my Issues raised with her.I will take up with the proper bank managerBrian on Monday .

I was at Nationwide in Ayr 2 weeks ago to deposit a cheque into my account.Used the atm outside with the help of a female member of staff.She couldn't have been more helpful.Great service.

Dreadful experience. Waited 20 minutes outside, at approximately 14.30hrs..huge queue behind me. When reaching door. Incredibly disappointed. Met really unpleasant young woman. Realistically customers are paying this mini bully's wages. Basically totally unhappy
