I don?t usually take the time to leave reviews but I have just returned from this pharmacy and the girl who served me was so helpful. I was willing to pay for what I asked for and she gave me it on prescription. I am not usually on the receiving end of such kindness. I have been so unwell and run down and this experience was so positive for me. Many thanks for your professional helpful advice ?

Saturday hours not convenient if you're calling 111 and holding for 57 minutes. Due to covid etc right now. Sister in law went in. Different prescription urine infection female Vs male. Closing 12 Saturday kinda rubbish. Therefore had call 111 and now I'll need go get prescription for 83 year old in Ayr. Different pharmacist continually.Delivery exceptional for elderly patients. Previous chemist owner never offered that service elderly. Queuing problem weather now.

Great modern chemist and is even more efficient since it's remodeling. Staff are great and always helpful

I was treated and spoken to in a total ignorance manner the manager is soo rude and a huge attitude problem. Sighing as another customer came to the door behind the counter. Such a huge change for the worst from the friendly local chemist we used to have in our village.

A few misguided reviews on here. Havenâ??t encountered any member of staff being rude or ignorant on any occasion Iâ??ve visited, they have all been very pleasant and helpful. Especially Louise.

I thought the point of a pharmacy was to be able to go in and ask for help and advice. My girlfriend today got spoken down to, laughed at and made to feel stupid. Will never step foot in that pharmacy again!

Fast efficient service with great staff Billy and June are pharmacists so nice then there is Ainsley ,Gina Lorna Maureen , all go out their way to help very much a big part of communityð???ð???

Seem to shut whenever they want, stood outside at 2:10pm while the staff are having a meeting in full view inside, I give up on this place, they also seem to need to close for extended lunches too.

sadly billy Trimble has retired he will be missed .now the shop has new pharmacist Stuart hes young ambitious a nice guy pleased the staff was kept as there a good team always polite helpful and a big part of the village
