Staff are always friendly and helpful with questions, making appointments and they are good with helping to keep conversations quiet and private for you.Usually good on the phone with information, appointments, advice on who to book appointments with, booking appointments in other surgeries if need be and for test results.Parking is free and beside the surgery, usually one or two spaces, but if not there is extra parking across the road (which used to be for the activity centre, which is no longer there).Often have to wait for appointment in the waiting room, as they are often running late. It is usually very warm in the waiting room, especially when it is sunny so be ready to take layers off children and babies.Prams and buggys need to be left in the foyer between the two automatic doors and not taken into the waiting room or doctor's room. Car seat for younger babies is fine though. There is also a police station, Citizens Advice Bureau and health visitors here.
