Craig and Brian helped my friend and I to get her campervan door open when we were at a total loss and stressed out!

I would like to give the utmost thanks to your member of staff at Prestwick Road Ayr called Mark Mcknight for showing me total care and respect and explaining to me about my car and what I would need done.
I called Mark up the previous day to explain I had just lost my mother to cancer and hale couldn?t be more compassionate and empathetic I have been nervous and very anxious and he put me at total ease and said that he had availability to look at the car the following day.
I brought my car in knowing my car needed the best and most attention to detail as car had been left for a while due to other foreseen circumstances but Mark made the whole thing so stress free.
I would like to pass on my thanks and best wishes to Mark and the technician Brain for there amazing work.
I was treated with so much respect from start until finish and can?t thank you all enough for been so understanding and non judgemental and showing me complete respect and care to your customers.

I went to this branch needing 2 new tyres, the boys went above and beyond to help me get the best deal. Even went to another branch to ensure I got tyres that I could afford and were happy with.

They said they couldn?t repair a tyre and the only option was for a new tyre to be fitted. It had a screw in the center. When I collected my wheel the tyre hadn?t even been removed to check if it was too bad for repair and the screw was still in it. I took it somewhere else and it was repaired with in 15 mins and at half the price. I spoke to someone who used to work there and they said the office guy does that a lot. Won?t be back

Thank you so much to the incredible staff at Kwik Fit on Prestwick road. Today my tyre suddenly needed to be replaced. The boys were all so lovely & managed to squeeze my car in last minute just before they closed. I?m so grateful & wont hesitate to use Kwik fit again. ? 100% would recommend!

I had a rip on the side wall of my car on a Saturday night at 5.10pm. I managed to limp the car into Kwik fit Prestwick with my wife and two young kids. Nathan and Craig worked after hours to get me back on the road legends. Will highly recommend to all my family and friends, beyond great service!

2nd time there, and Mark and the boys were great. Nothing was a problem, and they even switched my tyres for my running order. Great price, quick, and if I get more nails or rut issues, I'll be back.
