What an absolute joke! spend all that money on a refurbishment only to add more tables and boards to order in the middle of the floor. I have been going there for years with the people I support only to go in and find there is no room to move around with a wheel chair. We were unable to get the counter for people ordering food and just eat delivery drivers. No way can KFC say that they are wheelchair accessible. There has clearly been no thought in this refurbishment and giving to tell 2 young people they had to leave with nothing. Shame on you KFC

Just re opened and still as bad as before. Diet Pepsi absolutely stinking. Everything threw into one back. Only person in the shop and took 25 mins beyond a joke. Needing new staff that actually do their job

Did the drive thru here, which I've always thought wasn't designed properly as when you get to the last window, you have to turn the car to exit near a pillar. I personally think it should be the 2nd last window, which would make it straight out.
The day we were there, the young guy dealing with us through the headset was very polite & professional & we had a laugh & joke with him, which was great. There's one person we've dealt with here before & every time there's no joking with him & he's deadpan talking to u. He's the same every time. This day was great as he wasn't there & the young guy was brilliant & a real asset to this restaurant. Our food was good & stayed warm until we drove the short journey home. It's not always this way. There were also 2 lights that weren't working properly & flickered so badly that we were just glad we weren't epileptic, so hopefully, they've been fixed. This restaurant, at times, can be a bit hit & miss, but this particular day, it was great & that's what I'll judge it by. Here's hoping the next time we come, it'll be the same level of food that stays warm & the same young guy serving us. I'm not sure of his name, but he was fantastic. On a personal note, I don't like the fries now that they, I presume, put pepper on them. It's bad enough when fries are really salty, but pepper on them too is a fast way to see them go in the bin. They're vile!
Parking: It's not a huge car park that this restaurant shares with Burger King, but every time I've been there, there are plenty of spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: I always do the drive thru, but as it looks all flat, I'd presume there would be no issues.

The worst thing was the wait for the vegan burger....the rest of the food was sat on the side for ten minutes (going cold). I didn't know whether to blame the staff or the vegetarian ;>)
