Went in to exchange an item and the blonde northern irish manager was just pure cheeky. Didnt bother looking up the sale in the system (which theyve done before) just told me it wasnt possible to return it without a receipt.

I like the JD Sports in Ayr and they do sell a lot of good quality trainers however one of the issues I have I'd that unless I order it online they rarely have my size and then it's frustrating trying to figure out what to buy. The staff here are lovely and will do all they can but I do wish they were more accommodating with people who happened to have bigger feet.
