Dashcam fitting ended up in major electrical failure in my brand new 35k car. Cost £££ and weeks to fix. They don't care just cover the cost of the damage and say on your way. No sorry, no customer service. The mobile halfords team had to attend me at home as car unsafe to drive and said it was a bunch of cowboys that had fitted it and surprised my car didn't go on fire, then I said it was a halfords store that fitted it, they then said to get them to deal with it and they didn't want to touch it otherwise they would be liable. They confirmed they didn't have a clue what they were doing never or less how dangerous is was. Wrote to ceo and nothing. Customer service don't care. And the mechanics vaped in my car. I dont know how they can operate as a company, trading standards so shut them down. Don't be fooled by the reply from customer service saying there sorry when there not. The CEO should resign
