“The room was excellent and had nice partial sea views, The staff were very friendly, The evening meal was excellent, the full Scottish breakfast was terrible, different cooks perhaps, the bacon and link sausage was undercooked, the potato scone was rock hard and overcooked, I was asked what egg I wanted? I asked for a runny yoke egg, it was hard like rubber, my wife's vegetarian Scottish breakfast was similar, rock hard potato scone and her poached egg was like rubber. Such a shame, would I go back? yes if they hired a chef who can cook a decent breakfast.”

“Decent sauna and swimming pool. Never used gym as was only visiting Ayr. Bit complicated registration process for one visit but was worth it. Nice place to wind down.”
