The girl who served me was very happy at her work. She was very efficient with our order she even sorted out my free coffee on our attendance card. A wee tea break during our day out looking for arm chairs.
Kid-friendliness: These girls were friendly towards everyone that came into get their bun break.
Wheelchair accessibility: No problem in getting your chair into the shop.

There was a long queue, but it went down fast. It was a hot day so I chose to sit outside. Heathfield roundabout was not the best view but I was grateful for the seat.

Cheese and onion tray bakes were not very warm at all. However, the Xmas tray bake was a good temperature, and it was tasty. I was not at all impressed with the coffee. I have a black coffee so it needs to be good. Today's was tasteless. Also the self service bin was overflowing but to be fair the shop was very busy with customers queuing and most seats were also taken.Staff were very pleasant and helpful.Parking: Parking not an issue at all.

This was a bad visit for me, food and coffee were not nice and every table had lots of food under it. The staff were cleaning the tables but would just push the food onto the floor and leave it. Won't be back here.
