Scott was the most helpful when I was buying my first property. I had 1000 questions and was a bag of nerves but he was able to answer everything, and calm me down every step of the way.He ensured I had all the information I could need and managed to ensure my mortgage application was successful.Cannot recommend using Gibson Mortgage Solutions enough.

Completely trustworthy and willing to go that extra mile to find the right solution. We were in a unique situation and Scott negotiated a great deal which has given us so much financial freedom. He held our hands through the whole process and made sure everyone from the lender to the solicitor was working overtime to quickly progress the application. Thank you for all your help.

Gibson Mortgage Solutions has been brilliant from start to finish. Scott was able to find a much better deal than offered by my existing provider and has talked me through every stage of the process. He was also able to accommodate my difficult working hours and arranged calls at convenient times for me.

It?s been a pleasure to have had Scott?s expert help and guidance throughout the process of getting a first time mortgage.Helping me every step of the way from the initial idea of buying my first flat to the very end in securing a mortgage offer. Scott?s understanding and willingness to go the extra step can?t be underestimated and is a credit to him. I currently work away from home for 3 or 4 weeks at a time often on 12hr shifts so contact to the outside can be limited even with this rather major issue Scott always was willing to be available in the evenings and early hours. Making it all the easier for myself.I would throughly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a first time mortgage or any mortgage as his help and understanding has been invaluable.Many thanks again Scott !

Scott was brilliant in giving mortgage advice and everything from start to finish went smoothly. He gave regular updates on the mortgage application process and even worked outwith his normal hours to make sure it all went as fast as possible. Well what can I say, Scott has been the best partner to work alongside us through a very long process of trying to get us a mortgage. Scott has been amazing from start to finish and also went above and beyond to help me. As a first time buyer I had no clue what I was doing and through a family member Scott was suggested to me. I called Scott and from then on he was nothing but helpful. He helped me understand the process of buying a home and how mortgage payments and deposits work as I was clueless, he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and always asked if he needed to explain again. I found my perfect home not long after we started chatting and he was on the ball and got my offer in straight away and it was accepted. Scott got everything sorted for my mortgage and made the process so easy for me. Even after this was completed, he helped me through the process of of getting life insurance, which for me due to some health issues was a bit of a struggle but 3rd time lucky we got approved! Scott never gave up and was always explaining to me the reasons why some insurers would not accept my application. I am so happy with his service as he made everything so easy for me, I now have a home to call my own and life insurance all set up. 100% recommend to anyone but especially first time buyers!
