The staff in particular Kirsty in the showroom and Ross who fitted the fire were excellent. The process from visiting the store to getting the fire fitted was really quick. Kirsty was very knowledgeable about the products and Ross was very well presented and clean and tidy in his work. I would highly recommend this company

Professionally I?ve known about G&G for circa 20 years and recommended numerous clients based on such strong experiences they have encountered.Firsthand, today, Tuesday 5 March I can comfortably conclude that they are an exceptionally personable and professional outfit.From my first contact with them in December regarding the provision and installation of a multi fuel burner, they?ve been first class.Insightful and helpful from the outset, my installation was much the same.One of the partners / owner (?) is hands on and proactive, reassuring in itself.The guys that installed my burner, exceptional, professional, careful, considerate - I?m running out words to praise them.Rarely do I write reviews but I have to acknowledge a first class experience - it doesn?t happen all the time unfortunately.

Fitted an air source heat pump last month - fantastic service from start to finish, extremely professional teams. High quality product supplied and high quality workmanship for the install. Also carried out a gas boiler service on another property, again very professional and happy to be flexible around our arrangements - happy to look at an older boiler too where some companies were reluctant.

Phoned this company a week ago and was advised that one of their sales staff would phone me at the beginning of the following week.We have now reached the end of that week and still no phone call.Phoned the company and was advised that they were very busy and they were still catching up.Disappointing, clearly must be getting their business too easy and are quite happy to lose business.Their representative I spoke to, was non appologetic and clearly did not care that they lost a good orderWould not recommend!

installed my air source unit, however when an issue developed , they fobbed me off for a couple of months and blamed valliant for not replying to establish if warranty issue, later discovered they never registered system after installation therefore no record of my heating on valiant system and continued to tell me waiting for valliant to reply , in short I would not recommend this company.

Very helpful staff..and wonderful to find a local supplier of wood burner spares, without having to resort to online, as I would have only bought the wrong size if I had.

It?s a shame that admin (both job booking and accounts) at this company lets it down so badly, because the plumber (Rikki) was excellent.I had an issue where it transpires that the former owner of our house had already paid their £748 bill for getting two radiators working, but accounts was still demanding payment for it.When I tried to ask for my money back I was told today ?I don?t like your attitude?.
