Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before leaving without speaking to someone. Turned up at the store after speaking to EE, they shop doesn't provide the services that the EE advisor said. Was second in queue, queue of 5, no-one was acknowledged. Went back in the next day. One adviser gave me a quote, came back later and that quote was different.
One member half decent the gentleman was awful.
Some training on basics perhaps.

After driving 45mins to get my phone repaired, the EE staff told me that they don't do same day repair but google website has them listed, wasted fuel for nothing. Staff took 10 minutes to even talk to me in store then 40 minutes to wait to be seen then told me that they don't do same day repair

Came in twice to collect my phone I ordered to find out it had been refused by the EE store when I phoned up EE to enquire about it.. find that shocking tbf. Funny thing aswell they?ve done that purposely so I have to come into the store so they get the sale wel they?ve just lost themselves it won?t be back near the store guys breath was stinking aswell

Extremely poor customer service by one of the employees at the AYR branch. He's not willing to assist customers and does not provide proper information. It looks very hard for him to speak to the customers. We forcefully pull the information since we want the product, and it looks like he's not willing to do any business with even a simple effort. Higher management should pay serious attention to this if you need to increase the turnover in your outlets.On September 9th, it was supposed to be closed by 5 pm, but sharp by 3 pm there was a notice on the door "Store closed". Also, the staff told us to bring a photo ID to collect the device, but once we went to collect it they told us BRP was not acceptable, and we were not informed that your system was not accepting BRP. So we had to visit the 3rd time again to collect the device.If you value the customer comments, then get back to me for complete information.One bad employee means a bad impact on your business as well as a bad image on your name EE.
