Staff is great. Unfortunately they didn't have 2 of the sofas I've seen online inside the store. Debt managed to find something that will light and bought it online.

Completely mis sold a sofa as easy to clean when trying to come away from leather and get a fabric sofa with young kids. Told will just wipe clean etc. Total lie. Avoid. We certainly won't be using them again.

Bought a sofa and electric chair 2 years ago from dfs paid £800 for each. Foam has already been stuffed on numerous occasions and foam replaced however still sitting in a hole. I bought the sofa as it was higher off the ground and easier to get on and off however this is certainly not the case. Dfs now saying nothing more they can do as foam already been replaced however, independent inspection said foam is just rubbish. I certainly won?t go back near them anytime soon.

My wife and I was so happy to shop in DFS Ayr the quality and the staff was first class. Our sales assistant was Andy and he was excellent ?. That's the second sweet we have bought from DFS and it won't be the last. The quality is out standard made to last. The help Andy gave my wife and I was down to earth no sales pitch. I would recommend everyone to shop at DFS Ayr.
