Had amazing customer service today from the team at Costa Heathfield,Ayr. It was so busy it was almost queued out the door but the team were still very friendly, helpful and provided excellent service.

Great little Costa, always busy and a good atmosphere.Good selection of cakes and the new festive choces are decent...roasted Hazelnut latte is must.Parking is plentiful.Can be busy and seating limited when it is.

Was in yesterday , Sunday 23 July 23, for 2 large coffees to takeaway. Ordered on the app for speed. Whoever the barista was on duty clearly needs to check their measurements when heating the milk as both coffees were half full with the remainder froth. If I?d have had time I would have returned them. Expensive enough but to be short changed on portion size isn?t acceptable.
