I love my coffee. The quality of the coffee can vary more in this store, than in the Costa in the town centre. The appearance of flat white, let's me know how skilled the barista is. If I am paying for a quality product I expect a better coffee than the Costa machine. The Heathfied store is a bit variable in that regard. The staff are friendly.

Food and drink were fine. The place was not clean. Floors, tables, seats and windowsills need a good clean.

Had amazing customer service today from the team at Costa Heathfield,Ayr. It was so busy it was almost queued out the door but the team were still very friendly, helpful and provided excellent service.
