Convenient location, good selection of items, friendly staff. However I regularly go to other stores like Asda and Iceland as more value for money. There is supposedly a cost of living crisis. I honestly don?t know how they can justify charging what they charge for the products they sell. Irrespective of it being in a seemingly more affluent area of town.

Extortionate prices. Milk, eggs and bread are OK but fruit and veg is ridiculously overpriced. Not to mention that the fruit doesn't have best before any more, so often it's bad before you even open it.
Today was not the first time that items that I have picked up have not been in the bag when I got home, some of the packing was done by the teller and of course they NEVER offer you a receipt (no proof that you haven't paid for the item) and it's not always convenient to wait and ask when there's a queue behind you.

Fairly expensive, but convenient for forgotten items. eg Newcastle Brown Ale was £2.10 compared to £1.60 in most major supermarkets.
