I pick up my prescription every 2 months for blood pressure and high cholesterol. But EVERY time it is not ready and I’m either asked to comeback another day or they can make it for collection later in the day. (New Road store) Never have I ever experienced such a condescending, ignorant, obnoxious and unwelcoming assistant when I visited this store for my prescription this morning. I feel like I get stereotyped by certain staff when I go for my prescription and they have no interest in the fact that I need my prescription, even though I ordered it 3 days prior and should be ready in 2 days. They gave me back my prescription and told me to go to any other pharmacy...??
