We were keen to buy some things from Blacks and their service was great, but we were unable to make any purchases simply because they don?t currently allow click and collect in store. As we are on the move, mid trip, we can?t get something delivered to an address. We could however, arrange to collect something from a store if that had been allowed. Inconvenient and unfortunate for us and lost sales for them. Thanks to Mack in the Ayr store for his assistance despite the negative outcome.

On the day I went unfortunately they didn't have a big selection of tents, they did have what I was looking for though plus loads of great deals, the staff were friendly and very helpful answering my questions and giving advice will definitely be using them again
