Staff are very welcoming and helpful, i recently purchased a jacket the store didn?t have my size it was no bother for the staff to order the item online and get it delivered to my home address great customer service from your staff will definitely be back

First time I have been in the shop, and was surprised at how large it is, compared to its street frontage. Very helpful, and friendly staff. I was looking for a waterproof jacket, and there was a huge selection. Due to a sale being on, I ended up with two jackets instead of one. If I am looking for any other outdoor kit, they will be my first port of call. If like me, you have never been in the shop, and just repeatedly walked by, I recommend you go in, and have a look. Blacks also give a discount to the Forces, and Veterans, and for that they should be commended.

We were keen to buy some things from Blacks and their service was great, but we were unable to make any purchases simply because they don?t currently allow click and collect in store. As we are on the move, mid trip, we can?t get something delivered to an address. We could however, arrange to collect something from a store if that had been allowed. Inconvenient and unfortunate for us and lost sales for them. Thanks to Mack in the Ayr store for his assistance despite the negative outcome.
